The Aerotropolis is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a thriving, sustainable city. As the Regional Stormwater Authority, we’re committed to supporting the delivery of regional stormwater infrastructure to service the Aerotropolis.
Draft Aerotropolis Integrated Stormwater Development Servicing Plan exhibition April 2026
Sydney Water will be exhibiting the draft Aerotropolis Integrated Stormwater Development Servicing Plan (DSP) for 30 business days from Tuesday 28 April to Tuesday 9 June 2026. This plan sets the charges paid by developers for stormwater servicing within the Aerotropolis Initial Precincts (excluding Mamre Road Precinct).
The draft plan, supplementary material, details of our upcoming information sessions and instructions for making a submission will be available on this web page during our exhibition period from Tuesday 28 April.
We will be accepting submissions via email between Tuesday 28 April and Tuesday 9 June 2026. If you have any questions about the upcoming exhibition or have accessibility requirements which mean you cannot submit your submission via email please call us on 1800 645 466 (business hours) or email aerostormwater@sydneywater.com.au.
Final Scheme Plan now available March 2026
We're pleased to announce the Aerotropolis Integrated Stormwater Scheme for Wianamatta Badgerys, Cosgroves and Duncans Mulgoa catchments are now finalised.
In 2025, we released the draft Integrated Stormwater Scheme plans with the community. Your feedback has helped shape the Final Integrated Stormwater Scheme Plan, refine infrastructure sizing and locations and ensure all technical, environmental and regulatory requirements are met.
