The Aerotropolis is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a thriving, sustainable city. As the Regional Stormwater Authority, we’re committed to supporting the delivery of regional stormwater infrastructure to service the Aerotropolis.

Draft Aerotropolis Integrated Stormwater Development Servicing Plan

The Draft Aerotropolis Integrated Stormwater Development Servicing Plan (DSP) was on exhibition for 30 working days, from Tuesday 28 April to 5pm 9 June 2026. This plan sets the charges paid by developers for stormwater servicing within the Aerotropolis Initial Precincts (excluding Mamre Road).

To view the Draft DSP documents and to find out more visit our DSP page.

Submissions on the Draft DSP are now closed. We thank everyone who took the time to provide valuable feedback. We will prepare and publish a report summarising the feedback received during the submission period on our website (individual submissions and identification details will not be published).

Complete copies of all submissions (with identification information removed) received during the submission period will be provided to IPART later this year when we submit the final DSP for registration.

Final Scheme Plan now available March 2026

We're pleased to announce the Aerotropolis Integrated Stormwater Scheme for Wianamatta Badgerys, Cosgroves and Duncans Mulgoa catchments are now finalised.

In 2025, we released the draft Integrated Stormwater Scheme plans with the community. Your feedback has helped shape the Final Integrated Stormwater Scheme Plan, refine infrastructure sizing and locations and ensure all technical, environmental and regulatory requirements are met.
